We would like to take the opportunity to thank each person who participated in the March for the Deaf Campaign. Whether it was through building deaf awareness, donation, or a kind word of encouragement, this shows that there are still great people out there. It is truly a blessing to share our good fortune with those among us who simply cannot help themselves. The team made bracelets, handed out flyers, met with potential sponsors, and made lunch for donors in the immediate area. It was a fun-filled learning experience for us all…once again a big THANK YOU.
On another note JDEP Inc. will definitely continue March for the Deaf again next year, so we look forward to even greater support. In the coming months we will continue to work hard to keep Lolly, Roshane, and Richard in school while looking for other deaf children, on the island, who need an education.
