Jamaican deaf families get no help from government agencies, therefore deaf children will go without proper education and Audiological services. Lolly said he can hear at times, but his mom does not the means to get his hearing tested. And without no help from the government…he was left behind. Usually deaf children living in developing countries…like Jamaica…become the impoverished citizens, roaming the streets, begging, unemployed…due to no education.
