How Do I Donate?

It is a rewarding experience to help a deaf child, with a donation to JDEP, Inc. What a wonderful feeling to know that you’ve made a difference in a child’s life. Your kind donation will pay for: school fees, hearing tests, medical exams, and school/boarding supplies, which the parents simply cannot provide. Make a donation to JDEP, Inc. and give a child in need the opportunity to learn: sign language, reading, writing, math and vocational skills…by attending the Caribbean Christian Centre for the Deaf. Each child will also develop the cognitive and social skills necessary for success in life.

Can I Choose A Specific Child?

Yes! You may sponsor a child of your liking. Please click on STUDENTS to see pictures and info about our students. When donating, on our safe online donation site, write the name of the child you wish to sponsor.

How Much Does It Cost For One Child?

For the first year, the cost to get a child started is $834.00.

School Fee is $450 per year.

Hearing Test is $135 for the first year.

Medical Exam is $50 per year.

Uniforms and School/Boarding Supplies cost $199 per year.

THEN…

After the first year the cost decreases to $699; the child will only need a hearing test the first year. 

How Much Can I Donate?

You can make a one time donation for at least $10; or as an ongoing gift.

You can also, make a one time donation for the total cost of $834, for new students; or make an ongoing gift of $69.50 as a monthly gift.

And for current students, you can make a one time donation for the total cost of $699; or make an ongoing gift of $58.25 as a monthly gift.

How Do I Make A Donation?

Donating is safe and easy! Just click on our online DONATION link, which will direct you to paypal…a safe and secure site. After filling out the form, you can then choose, to have your donation automatically deducted each month. If you wish to sponsor a child of your liking…please remember to write the name of that child on the form.

Will I Get Progress Report Of My Child?

Yes! If you leave your name and address, you will get a picture and progress report, in the mail, of your child each year. You can also, follow their progress by liking our facebook page at: https://www.facebook.com/supportjdep.
